Return Process

To initiate a return, simply visit our Contact Page and let us know about the issue. Please provide details about the item you wish to return, along with your order number. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to send the item back.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to return your item, as Iyadae cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We may request that you send us a video or pictures of the damaged product, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. Our goal is to make things right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, the quickest way is to return the unwanted item and then place a new order. Once we have accepted your return, we will process your refund, allowing you to make a new purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product. These costs are non-refundable.
